Wechat is a Chinese social media which developed by Tencent. It may easier to understand that Wechat is Chinese Facebook plus Messanger plus Twitter. It known as an app that can do everything. 


In other words, Wechat has lots of platforms and functions that can meet all of customers' requirements. Such as texting, face timing, sending voice message, sharing daily life, payment service, city services, news searching, public accounts for company, and even heart map which records daily health data etc. 



Based on the statistics, Wechat has over 963 million active users monthly. The main customers are young people which age  around 16-30 years old. Customers spend more than three hours on Wechat based on online data. Customers are willing to follow some subscription accounts from Wechat to get news or information about a brand or company they are interested in. Company can release news they want customers to aware by using Wechat public account platform which designed for company. In addition, customers can comment below each posts that company uploaded. In this way, company can make sure reply their customers questions in a short time, which improves their efficiency of customer service.
